This two-part platform redesign was an initiative to create two separate digital experiences that felt cohesively connected under a single brand. The goal was to unify the visual language, user interface, and interactive patterns across both sites. Menus, layouts, and component behaviors were made consistent across both environments to reinforce brand continuity while serving entirely different functions.

The Shop platform was redesigned to deliver a customer-first, mobile-friendly storefront that made ordering more flexible. Both one-time purchases and autoship subscriptions were combined into a unified shopping experience — eliminating friction and increasing user control. The redesigned product pages, cart flow, and order management views all focus on clarity and responsiveness. This introduced product filtering options and ways to manage their current and future autoship orders.
